My wife has been trying to get our money back from this company for three weeks, for an order that they never shipped, and actually never had in stock! This company will not answer their phone, and will not email you back! It's been weeks of getting the runaround about why we haven't been refunded.... that's if they even email or return your phone call! This company is shady shady shady, so buyers beware! And it's not just us... two other people have messaged us on Facebook regarding our post on this companies wall, and saying they are in the same position! So this company has swindled THREE people (that I know of... definitely could be more) out of their hard earned money! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I’ve left multiple voicemails, emails, and messages via your website! You once picked up the phone, and immediately after hearing who I was, told me you would have to call me back, then hung up the phone. You still haven’t called me back, and refuse to answer your phone, and return my calls/emails! Either ship my order which was placed two weeks ago, MAC1720, or refund my money immediately. We’ve only wanted a order update, so why you are ignoring us is super fishy, especially since we now know you are getting our calls and voicemails. We also see here a post was made on your behalf just three weeks ago, that you are open for business. It also says on your website orders are usually shipped within one business day. We know due to COVID things might be slightly delayed, which is understandable. But it’s been two weeks, and for the last four days we’ve tried every avenue to get ahold of you, JUST TO GET A ORDER UPDATE! Something fishy is going on, because I don’t see why else we would be ignored like this, especially how it seems like our calls go to your cell phone. We’ve only wanted a order update! I will gladly remove this negative review if you return my money, or ship our items, AND contact us! Right now we are smelling fraud, and actions will be taken to get our money back. Please just call us! And if you have time to respond to this negative review, then you have time to respond to the MANY MANY MANY attempts we’ve made to contact your business!
