Yesterday, 03/20/2024, personally, I had to take my daughter to get vaccinated because she was missing vaccines...when I arrived, they made me fill out some documents for my daughter. The very friendly receptionist did it...from there I said, this experience will make Great, I finished, they diagnosed my girl and it turns out that she has anemia. Doctor Taylor, very kind, spoke English and they connected a translator who translated what she told me. I loved it and my girl came out crying from the 5 vaccines they gave her and I was a little worried about the health of my baby, but personally everyone was very kind and attentive, I loved this clinic... I even got lost on the way back, I left through the other exit and the Uber almost missed me.... Excellent Elica Health Center office

What horrible people working at dental clinic here, it was my sons appointment when I went there they told me we want take x-ray of my son, so I need to stay at the lobby I took very long for calling me back so I asked the front desk whats going. Finally she told me I can go inside. When I went inside they told we are good to go I said what about check up she said its done. Without parent presence my son is 7 I dont know what kind people are working there. Next time appointment canceled and then the reschedule and then they will call again to reschedule because someone better is replacing you. Thats because we have medical insurance when confront this issue they told me dont worry we will give you a closer date instead of 2 months later. Just keep these points in mind they are playing with people of skin and medical 100%

Hi everyone let me mention something important about the referral process at Elica Health Center.if you or any of your family members get referrals for specialists you just keep calling the referral department otherwise they forget about your family members or it will take longer to refer to a specialist! They are supper slow and it takes for ever and treatment for any medical problems will be worthless! I dont know why they are so slow and why do we have to call them and remind them of their tasks ??? Thank you Jamal
