Good for putting on new tires, but I wouldn't let them do much other work. I took my BMW r1150RT to them to get some new tires put on, same day service - all was well. Very friendly folks so i decided to take it to them for some additional service, as it was up for a 6k service. Oye! They had my bike for about two weeks!!! When I got it back the ABS light was on, which they took care of (I would have thought a test drive would have revealed this to them and spared them the embarrassing moment!). Anyways started to ride home and noticed that two of the screws that hold the brake fluid near the handle bar were barely hanging on, and then when I parked my rear tailed was completely out of its screws. Even worse though my MPG was down significantly and the engine was pinging under load. Called them and they told me to bring it back in, took a long time but I think they went out of their way to mend the situation, they even went to the BMW stealership to buy brand new spark plugs in an attempt to fix the issue - needless to say it didn't fix it. They also attempted putting on a new fuel filter which didn't fix the issue. No additional charge to me, they should be commended for trying to make good on a bad situation.
The issue was not fixed and the BMW spark plugs made it worse so i had to put in the old plugs when i got home. Very nice guys, would trust them with my tire changes but I'm not taking my bike back there for any significant work. I have yet to take my bike to the BMW dealership to see how much it is going to cost to get it done right.
