I wouldnt recommend coming here to purchase any headstone for their loved ones. To add on to extra stress and grieve this place sure made the hardship of loosing my mom more traumatizing. They breached the contract of having the headstone 5 months after purchasing. Contract stated no later then 3 months. But they also make you sign the contract where it's not their fault if something happens... what a contract...Upon calling and checking up asking what is taking so long with little to no communication. I was told "oh she's just getting back from vacation and is suppose to send the proofs" im glad vacations are prioritized more then work or updating customers the status of their head stone. After that call consider at least 2 and a half month later still no headstone...but used covid as an excuse. Whether that was the case I think paying customers should be advised and told what is going on with their orders if they are being extremely behind. Im extremely upset with this place and I wouldn't want to have anyone else feel the way I have. Me and my family feel that they are very inconsiderate and seem to careless about your loss. Quality service here is questionable.
