Gus recently represented me in the sale of my home. By far, the best experience I've had selling a home. Gus is on top of everything, does a really good job of taking care of his clients, and has extensive knowledge and experience! I couldn't be happier with the process and the outcome!

Gus helped us buy our new house and sell our old house and has been amazing throughout the entire process. On the purchase side, I was pretty nervous about making such a big purchase and Gus was nothing but understanding and supportive when I started to get cold feet. He never made me feel like I was being a pain (even though I know I was!) and talked me through every step of the way. He also took care of every detail of the transaction and didn't leave anything out - it was night and day compared to the agent I used last time I purchase a home. On the sale side, I couldn't believe it, but he found us the perfect buyer. I couldn't have asked for a better offer. And, not only did he clearly market the house wonderfully, he did everything in his power to make sure our house looked perfect throughout the process. Since we had already moved to the new house, he went over to the old house every single day to make sure everything looked great so we didn't have to. I can't recommend Gus highly enough. While we don't plan on moving again for a very long time, if/when we do, we will only work with Gus as our agent.
