As a first-time solo home buyer, I was a bit anxious and contacted Elise quite a lot with various questions and concerns. She was extremely responsive to my needs. Elise is absolutely amazing! As new buyers, the home buying process seemed overwhelming at first but Elise was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and made time to answer any questions we had (which were a lot). We aren't originally from Sacramento so we relied on Elise and her expertise in the area to help us make a decision on a great neighborhood within our budget. As a couple that travels for work frequently there were times that things needed to get done while we were on the road. Elise made sure to keep us updated and was accommodating to our schedules. Fast forward a month after getting into our home (We love it!), we had a small plumbing issue so we reached out to Elise to see if she could recommend someone.
