Nice place for quality mexican food. Good place to catch up with friends. The service was friendly and observant. Prices are appropriate for the quality. Food is similar to a cafe in Indianapolis I loved.

This is my first time eating here. The server behind the counter with the green and white beanie on her head was extremely rude, and doesn’t listen very well. She put several ingredients on our burritos that were not requested. She was snappy and unprofessional, and really unpleasant. The restroom did not have paper towels to dry your hands although there’s lots of advertisements asking for feedback on how clean they are. The burritos were warm at best and the chicken was rock hard and rubbery.
I will never eat in one again. Period.

I have gone to this location a dozen times. Every time I have gone I have gotten attitude from the staff. I usually order a Monster burrito in a bowl. They always look at me like they have never gotten such a request before. It's literally the are thing just without the tortilla. It's gotten to the point where they have even gone to get a manager, who then also gives me sass about it being something they don't usually do.The while they are making it they skimp out on all of the sides, usually doing only one scoop of salsa and corn. Their spoons for these sides are already small and the bowl usually needs at least 3 scoops. The last time I went the employee just straight up told me no. I am never going to this location again, which is sad because Freebirds is by far my favorite fast food burrito place. Freebirds needs to open a location closer to East Sac or midtown. Skip this location if you can.

The servers were very nice. The food was too expensive for a COLD BURRITO. The meat was NOT HOT and with the toppings it was really cold to eat. I was expecting something similar to Chipotle. Boy was I mistaken. No more visits here!
