STAY AWAY THEY RIP YOU OFF I rented a hospital bed for my wife for 2 months at $650. She used it twice then passed away in her home office. I contacted them to come get the bed and they told me my refund would be $60. 60! WHICH THEY NEVER GAVE ME AFTER 5 MONTHS OF TRYING. THEY HAVE NO HONOR, NO MORAL COMPASS AND DESERVE NOTHING BUT CONTEMPT.

I don’t want to leave one star , but I need to write , so I should leave one . The employees including the owner are jokes . They are bully , and very racists . They won’t listen to you while explaining your prescription, and also yell at you when you try to ask what you need . So how they expect customers? Very poor customer service, and expensive too , so why don’t you go somewhere else . Because you spent money for supplies, and no one provide you free supplies. I won’t recommend this place to friends and families. In face , to anyone . Bad employees, I feel sorry for them .

The worst place to get medical supplies, and the owner is very unprofessional, rude , and incompetent. For the F... sake , do we live in California or third word country? Is there any laws or regulations? Because no one inspect these medical stores or locations to know what poor consumers are going through? Where is Sacramento country or any other government officials to take a look ? I had a very bad experience with these morons, I purchased medical supplies on Saturday and let them know that what is the return policy , so they told me that they accept return and also can change it for me . But unfortunately when I came in on Tuesday, then the owner of the store told me straight that no return or change . And also he said that he never accept returns or exchanges . And the last , but not least the owner is so interested in politics, so he can go and start working at Capitol not running a medical supplies store . They lie , and won’t help you , so don’t waste your money plus time at this location. Poor customer service 😡😡👎🏻👎🏻 Won’t recommend it to anyone 😡😡👎🏻👎🏻

I needed Compression Socks, Bischoff’s was close to where I live, must say I was skeptical after reading the not so good reviews. Lesson learn, don’t believe what you read. The owner was at the front desk on the phone, so I went over to the area that had the socks, so many, what to choose. I walked back to the front desk, still on the phone the owner told the person on the phone he would call him back and immediately helped me. He measured my foot, explained to me the various compression socks and the ones I needed. This is customer service by the owner, the shop has everything you would need in Medical Supplies. Please don’t hesitate to by your medical supply needs, you will be very satisfied with the many options they have choose from but the cleanliness , options and customer service you will encounter.
