I learned about MAI and their iLipo procedure from a deal site. I had never heard of this type of procedure before this. At first I was a bit uncomfortable that this place would be all women, but the staff assured me that they treat men too. My visit was very pleasant and I was very surprised that from just 2 treatments with the machine that my waist measured a full inch smaller! The staff did a great job at explaining everything in detail and they were very professional. I went ahead and bought a few more treatments and look forward to more results!

Services for the treatment of Zerona and iLipo are NOT guaranteed and your consent form states "Payment for my ZERONA/iLIPO treatment package is NON-REFUNDABLE."
Of course I was more than happy to hear the representative tell me how effective this treatment is to reduce fat cells. There was so much hype and awesomeness.....I expected to see results. However, after 12 treatments....there was NO CHANGES produced, no fat loss, no reductions at all. Never met the doctor and wasted $2,000 for no results.

I have been getting botox for approx 10 years, so I am fairly familiar with
what to expect. Although the staff at the front desk was friendly, the Dr. was not. Her demeanor was stern and stoic. I was a new patient, so I expected some type of conversation or questions asking me which area I was interested in treating etc. Since she did not ask, I explained what area I wanted to target, and also typically how much had been used in that area with prior treatments elsewhere. This is typical when you go to a new Dr. for botox. Without acknowledging any of my questions and info, she immediately started to administer the botox.
When I was alarmed and stopped her to confirm what areas she was treating, she acted impatient. She then proceeded to administer the botox. I tried to be polite and let her continue, as she was obviously not comfortable with any conversation from patients. After she finished, I asked her (pointing to areas) if the places she injected would correct certain areas....she said "supposedly". I was stunned. Not only was she unwilling to listen to a new patients requests, but she made me feel like I was out of line. My results were almost non existent. She used the same amount of units I have had administered for years but I had very little correction with her. I have always been able to acheive a great results from other Drs using the same amount of botox. I was completely unsatisfied wiith my experience. The staff is the only positive thing about this place, but if you expect a friendly doctor or good results you may be disappointed. I will not go back to this place...
