Dont sell your gold here , I brought in a custom made diamond studded pearl necklace set in gold , they barely glanced at it and told me it was fake costume jewelry, turns out it was 18k and absolutely 100% real, they also couldnt even tell a vintage 14k bracelet that was my great grandmothers was real until I showed them the stamp, plus they shorted me a couple grams worth , shaving at least 60 bucks off, they first question they ask you is do you know what you want to get for this? Not to better inform you like they say ,he said he did not offer to show me the weight on the scale because I did not ask,how is that educating the customer like they say they do? its to test if they can rip you off or not, if you have no experience with jewelry value, do not start at their store or you might get ripped off

We went to this family owned business to shop for our wedding rings. We began looking at their expansive diamond selection a few months ago. Omar had a lot of patience with us because we had several questions. He was very knowledgeable regarding all things related to diamonds and provided us personal service. He never pressured us to make a decision and allowed us to place a diamond on hold. We had the diamond on hold for approximately 6 weeks, without them ever contacting us to make a decision. We recently returned to the store and decided the diamond on hold was the one for us. Omar and Hatem gave us a very reasonable price and they were able to set the diamond in house in the band the same day we purchased it. It should be noted that I can vouch that this store also does excellent repair work as well, based on my personal experience. One other added benefit is that they provide the best tasting tea that Ive had in Sacramento. Lastly, Omar and Hatem are are great sales team and we plan on taking care of all of our future jewelry needs at Abla Jewelers!
