Always helped me out 10/10 hospital they treat all patients kindly (some workers are rude from time to time) but thats probably cuz of stress

Thanks really wish I could give a negative here. This hospital is a total disgrace that took my fathers life after lying to us for months. Natasha the contact for there TAVR procedures is totally the one that caused this whole problem. She told us that they had the authorization to do the valve replacement my Dad needed to survive. We brought Dad to the facility for the final tests. The doctor called us the next week to say he had been given the go ahead to get this done. We just needed to wait a few more days to get on the schedule. The following week I was not getting a call so I called every day until I was finally told he was not approved and he would have to go back to start the approval process with the VA over again . This was going to once again take time my dad didn't have. They clearly are responsible for my Dad's death. Don't let this hospital take a loved one from you. Run from this place. They are horrible!!!! Thanks
