HORRIBLE AGENT WHO REPRESENTS FARMERS INSURANCE. My mother went to Thuy to have her fill out a verification of identity document today per her regular insurance agent who directed her to Thuys office. Thuy had all the documentation she needed to do her job yet she refused to service my mother who is a senior citizen. Thuy told my mother she didnt know her and did not feel comfortable processing her paperwork. When do you have to have a personal relationship to do your job? Thuy is a bad representation of what Farmers Insurance stands for. This was very very discriminatory as my mother did not look like Thuy and or come from the same ethnic background so therefore she was refused service by Thuy for that reason. This country has enough racially motivated crimes and Thuy has added to that static today by refusing to service my mother adding insult to injury as my mothers car was stolen and she is only trying to get her claim processed. This is a disgrace and apparently you have to be Vietnamese to be serviced by Thuy cause if you are not she wont know you. Her license needs to be stripped and canceled . She should never be able to practice in insurance ever again. This complaint will make its way to the CEO of Farmers Insurance. In no uncertain terms will this behavior ever be tolerated, accepted, or swept under the rug. I gave 1 star cause no star was available to choose. This is America!!!
