I have been a customer of Eugene C. Yates Insurance Company for somewhere around 25 years. In all those years I have dealt with the most professional, helpful, skilled and friendly individuals. Fortunately, I’m not accidental prone, so I’ve only had a couple of fender benders. However, they were Johnny on the Spot in providing excellent service when I needed help. With that in mind, in 2010, I did have a very traumatic bicycle accident, when a lady opened her car door and knocked me to the ground while I was riding in the bike lane. Mercury came to my aid in the most phenomenal way and was able to help secure for me a very generous settlement. I can’t say enough about the absolutely magnificent manner in which they have met all my desires and needs. They return calls immediately, answer all my questions and always make me feel their enjoyment and pleasure in serving me. I can’t imagine what more anyone could ask for from an insurance agency. We bought our first home one year ago and had no experience in the world of home insurance. Luz and Eugene C Yates made the whole process so much easier by helping us navigate the different coverage options and helping us select the coverage that fit our individual needs. I have been in the insurance industry for 25 years. When the company I work for pulled out of the CA Homeowners market I had to find a new one. Eugene C Yates Insurance was able to place me with a great carrier and they call every renewal to see if I want to make any changes. That kind of service is hard to come by.

Luz is the insurance agent that I had hoped to find when I moved to Sacramento--it just took me a few years to find her! She is able to help find the best insurance for the price, makes sure that the underwriters don't make mistakes on their quotes and checks in every year or more often as needed. She is a great resource. I would definitely recommend Luz and the Eugene C. Yates insurance agency to anyone who needs insurance.
