Great place to go and have a family feeling. Owner Melissa saved me 980.00 off my current policy. Most insurance comp. Have a 800 number to call, but Melissa is always a cell phone call away for all our insurance needs.

Another glowing 5 star review for Saites Nelson Insurance Agency! I own a small business in the Bay Area. We were paying a ton of money each month to insure our operation, and were quite disappointed with the level of customer service which we had been receiving. If you own a business as well, you know how important it is to have timely COI's turned around. This becomes nearly impossible when your agent falls asleep at the wheel. Our previous (and highly regarded) agency had been doing just that.What a breath of fresh air it has been to be working with Jenny James from Saites Nelson. She has a positive attitude, and is extremely personable. More importantly, she pays attention to every detail of your business! Not only are we getting COI's upon request, but they're accurate as well.Lastly, I would have been more than happy to pay more for the vastly improved services we are receiving. However, our new policy came with a substantial cost savings to our business. What more can I say? I highly recommend working with these guys for all of your insurance needs. Ask for Jenny...
