Family connections was an absolute horror. The staff and management was biased to one side of the case. The company made changes to their policy just to accommodate the other parent. They %100 lied in the reports that were submitted to the courts. The company is only interested in taking as much money from a consumer as they can. The most disturbing issue I did not find out until after I left the company. The Sacramento rules to be a professional supervisor indicate you must be 21 years of age or older. Stephanie had. 19 year old (Kianna) supervising me and my children. I am 37, I have a 14,12,10 and 9 year old children. This company should never had a 19 year old supervising my children and myself. The owner also made threats to me, in which I was to apologize to her staff, or she would not allow me to visit with my children. Absolutely horribly run, and they do not follow the law with age of professional supervisors. I am %100 filing a lawsuit and a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Do not use this company.

Do you believe my daughter should live without her mother. I cleared aligations of child abuse, cleared 2 fcs mediators, & a pysch evaluation. why do you see me as an unfit parent? my daughter Wajiha resides with her father and I but my daughter isnot allowed out of the house. father and grandmother smoke cigerettes in the house and same room as my daughter. she has gained 50lbs, she was already obese >99percentile.

Worst professional I have ever seen, I have heard several attorneys complaining about the same patterns : unethical, do not cross check, being out of line ... 3rd time I had to deal with her. I'm so happy I was not asked to pay for any minute of those sessions. She's useless and make things worst. She plays double game , she's a dirty person on top of being not good at her job. hopefully she will be debarred, shame on this person.

SS is the most unprofessional mediator I've ever experienced in 22 years of Family Court. Not only is she a liar and a manipulator but she is very biased. If you are not the one who is paying the bill and you will not get heard. She will attack you on false allegations but yet not hear your valid and credible concerns even with proofing and given. She ignores all the dangers of things that are detrimental to the child's well-being. She doesn't care that the other parent brings a child into adult matters she only cares about who's writing the paycheck. This person should not be working with children at all or even working as an approved family court mediator. When you stand up to her and call her out on things she said she'll clearly lied to you and deny that she said that and then turn around and try to blame you. This is the worst and I mean unprofessional person I've ever come across. biased, a liar, will not respond to your concerns, will cut you short if she doesn't think she's running the conversation and feels challenged and will be late to your appointments 5 to 10 minutes and then try to end it 5 to 10 minutes early. People please save your money. She's not only damage me but she's damaging my children with lies and manipulation
