Sandra helped to minimize my fear of getting my blood drawn. I've had bad experiences in the past, and would go into what they call a vasovagal reaction where vision becomes blurry, extreme sweating, vomiting or dry heaving and eventually passing out. I had 10 sessions with Sandra and even after only a few sessions I could tell it was helping. I highly recommend Sandra and hypnotherapy to anyone who might also be experiencing fear or anxiety surrounding blood draws (or anything really!)

I have tried to quit smoking dozens and dozens of time over the past 30+ years. Aaron seems to have done a superb job because I am having a cessation experience that is much easier than in the past. I'm in my fifth week of not smoking and feel terrific about it. Aaron was straight forward, kind and really effective in bringing me into some of the deepest states I've even been. Unexpectedly . . . I am a hypnotherapy advocate!

Carol has been an absolute God send to me. I drove by this place one day and they had some signage out in the street with their offerings. My intuition told me to turn around. I walked in there lost, in a deep state of depression that I had been in for months. I was quickly linked up with Carol and our similarities were out of this world! You could just feel that meeting her was synchronistic. I'm so fortunate that the universe had my back on this because a hypnotic journey is not something you'd just want to share with anyone. Anyway, we've had many many sessions and I've had so many beautiful A-HA moments. Lots of releasing stuff that is no longer serving me and feeling much much better.  Grateful!

Hypnotherapy changed my life. I used to be so terrified of flying that I could barely look at a plane in the sky without feeling horrendous anxiety and panic. I moved from England 10 years ago and had not visited home in the last 4 years because my anxiety was so bad. Working with Sandra in only 4-5 starting sessions to begin with has been life changing. She is amazing and so kind and thoughtful! I just came back from 4 flights in one month including the 11 hours back from England. I can't recommend hypnotherapy and Sandra's support enough. I will be continuing my journey!

I did a total of 8 sessions with Sandra to help with my anxiety and panic attacks. I have been a nurse for 7 years and post pandemic my anxiety just started getting worse as the months went on. I am all about a natural approach to healing and can't even begin to describe how much Sandra helped me. Since working with Sandra, I have not had any more panic attacks or insomnia. This type of spiritual work has helped me tremendously. It brought up feelings and emotions I had never really dealt with. I will say for this to be effective you really have to go in with a wide open mind. Each session was different in what I experienced. Not only was Sandra very professional but she was such a great supporter in my life accomplishments. It felt like talking to a close friend. Sharing her own stories helped me connect with her as well since we all know anxiety can feel overwhelming and incredibly lonely. I'm forever grateful and always know I can come back to her whenever I'm stuck and need a reminder of the tools we created to get me through those hard times.
