Absolute amazing hospital. When I went to the ER, I was waiting for only 20 minutes when there were lots of people. The nurses were incredible helpful and nice, and the doctor was very gentle and kind. Best hospital ive been to.

I'm getting really tired of this place always getting things wrong and always trying to charge knowing I have medical insurance they will use your old insurance and they'll say that it's active but won't give you the right description of what insurance they're talking about so there's so many times that my kids are getting charged and always have to call and correct it also the people in the pediatricians are rude they'll skip you and say that other people have been waiting longer but they were in back of me when I was registering when we first got there but they'll get called in first I respect all medical people but a lot of the times it's very hard to work with them because they make a lot of mistakes here there is a lot of nice hard-working people here though but to the ones that are up in the front you guys suck you guys are always rude don't want to hear us out and people are always arguing with you because you guys make too many mistakes and don't listen listen to the people that is helping you keep your job or if not we could start writing letters on each name because there's a handful of times that people are always arguing with you guys and everybody else feels the same way because everybody's talking about it in the same room as nice as this place is the pediatrician side really sucks the time I went in for myself I felt like I was going in there for a tire rotation they just put me in ask me a whole bunch of different questions then walked away then put me in another room checked me and said I'd be getting my results later didn't really help me or anything

LOVE this hospital. All the nurseing staff and doctors were nice, friendly and accommodating. They took excellent care of my loved one. The only problem I had was the walk I had to take to get to my b.f. room. I need the walk but it was a little mucj. First, I had to find parking, then walk to security which was in the building across the street, then take the elevator to the 2nd floor, then walk down a long hall, then elevators up to the 5th floor, then walk to his room. It took up to 30 minutes just to get to his room. Other than that, I will always recommend this hospital.
