Mike's an incredible inspector. Given how thorough his inspections are and how many hours he was inspecting the property to achieve said thoroughness, Mike's honestly a great value too. To give a sense of how thorough he is, our report was over 90 pages, and according to him, that wasn't even all the photos he took. When I shopped around for inspectors, some quoted that it'd only take 4 hours for an inspection, but Mike was there for close to 7 hours! Now, I'm not suggesting that longer inspections 100% unearth more problems, but I do think it's a testament to his thoroughness. His after inspection support has been great too. I get his recommendations on contractors in the area. Mike's just a great guy, and I'd definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone.

He put things in perspective and answered all of my questions. Even weeks after the inspection, he was still there helping me understand why my PGE bill was so high in my SF home! Mike will be my home inspector for life and I highly recommend him.

Mr. Inspector was actually used by the buyer of our house and the house we were buying. He keeps a record of it for you can answer questions for you without even a question why. A wonderful person, very responsive, and very very professional. If there is an enjoyable part to selling and buying a new home, during a pandemic; he was the best experience of it all..
