It was a pleasure to have James visit the house for a buyer inspection. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions along the way as well as after everything was finalized. He made sure to point out areas where he would recommend further specialized inspectors stop by. The report that was produced at the end was very detailed and included many pictures of where to find general items and items to fix. Would recommend to anyone in need of a home inspector!
