This has to be the worst insurance company out there hands down. Lord forbid you're sick and you need medication, a referral, or any service that needs authorization, they will put you through so much and delay it and send it to all type of third parties to the point you're much sicker than before waiting for them to get anything done. They're horrible and they do not care about their patients

California Health & Wellness is one of a kind. When my doctor moved they helped me to find a new care provider. I was surprised when they noted my concerns about the treatment I received at a local clinic. It was nice to know someone is paying attention. Anytime I've need assistance with my insurance they have always helped me until the situation was solved.

It's really a shame, IRL (In Real Life) that C.H.W. Is Consistently Inconsistent. Though, well funded by Taxation (w/o Constitutional Representation) I rapidly; painfully, digress into permanent blindness while THEY sit in comfort at My State Capitol. Today Is #12th-Day that sub-contracted medical transportation failed to appear to deliver me to my optician! While given "confirmation numbers" for no service, and no courtesy call, that I might politely reschedule an appointment in a proper manner. It's humiliating. There have been other gross "No-Shows." Like, life-sustaining "911"- call can not service; 3 times also recent, while I currently pay for the CDL I will lose becoming blind. Such a pity :- (
