        PG&E is pure garbage. They talk about safety first but they could care less about anyone's safety. Only concerned with screwing people over & destroying your property.

        Since all the other customer service locations in the Sacramento area were listed as closed on the PGE website, I drove to this place during its stated business hours. It was deserted. No notices, lots of stickers from failed UPS and FedEx attempted deliveries, so obviously, there's no one here or has been here for some time. Given that there's no human alternative customer service, how low can PGE go?

        It's too bad the PG&e closed all its customer service offices needed to talk over some issues but they were already laid off duty covid had the resort to the old standard postal service to help me out.
