        They don't care about the families they are supposed to support. If you work for these people and start a good rapport with the families they will fire/let you go. So basically if you're doing your job the way these families expect you to than you'll no longer have a job!

        The hiring/communication process for this organization is not great. I had a friend complete 2 interviews and a role play and then was not given an outcome as promised and then eventually called was very rudely given a no and hung up on after a rapport was developed with the team over several weeks. Their communication is poor, not timely or thorough. Makes me wonder about the business as a whole and how they run things. Families, kids and their staff deserve clear, honest, direct and mostly kind communication especially in crisis situations.
