The clinic was very modern and clean. My provider was also very thorough in his evaluations. Pretty impressive overall considering how many bad experiences I have had in the past with other pain clinics I have been to.

My name is L. Wade. I had my first appointment at the Howe ave practice in Sacramento, on Wednesday, March 29th at 1pm. The medical assistants were great. Then I met Reza, Resa( not sure). That mans bedside manner is AWFUL. He made it known that he was determined not to help me. He didnt bother to introduce himself, he rolled his eyes, he was condescending. I swear he would have made a great Mean Girl. He really needs to reassess his chosen vocation.

The staff at the Folsom office are good, but the general office that you call into is horrible. They simply treat you like a drug addict, not a patient. Worst experience so far was missing my planned appointment due to being hospitalized and undergoing emergency surgery. No, how are you? How can we help? Do you need a bridge prescription? NOTHING. Just, call us when youre out to schedule another appointment. Would not give me a Dr call backnothing! Been without pain meds for days now. Have back surgery next week and thank god my medical group takes over pain management as they actually care about me and my well being. I will be leaving APDSS as soon as humanly possible.

It's okay at times. I can tell you one thing those INJECTIONS do not help me In my CERVICAL SPINE or my LUMBAR SPINE
