If you think DMV workers and wait time was the worst, this place tops it at #1, literally. Would give this place negative scores and ask all the workers to re-learn their role along with time-management.

I wish I could give the place 10 stars but the ONLY thing that I The service is amazing, super friendly staff & the doctor I saw was great. Waiting time is also faster now, I am visiting this place for check up every months , Martel Eye Medical have big improvement over the years.

First off my son requires glasses, his broke. It took over 6 months to get a appointment for new pair. Then took a month to get them and then when we picked up we was told they dont fit them. First off how does that make since second off this will be our last visit to this place. Very bad office get it together.
