Total joke. These people and providers don't care at all about us. It's low income and you can totally tell! Another word for it is bootleg. I've had a simple medical issue for the last 6yrs and it still isn't resolved. So much medications that they'd rather put people on because that's easiest way to keep people sick. Thanks but no thanks, you can keep your pills. You guys are a waste of people's time and I bet so many people have died just waiting to get an appointment or waiting on a procedure... Ridiculous. I've had so many different providers because of the high turnover and not once did I feel like any of them actually cared about me.

They can't keep their doctors they always switch you around and they never read your chart, I had a doctor try to prescribe me medication that I couldn't take. They set an appointment but then either their doctor isn't there or they make you wait an hour and that is no exaggeration at all. Poor management and no professionalism.

Today, May 8, at 12:45, I went to Elica Dental and made an appointment for my little son, and my daughter was with me because I have English language problem. The office gave me 4 sheets to fill out. I gave the sheet to my daughter to fill out. They warned me 4 times , they said that I should fill that form because I have problems with English, I gave that form to my daughter, they treated me very badly, they treat me as a criminal more seriously than the police.
