Had my first appointment here today. Front desk staff was super friendly and efficient. Facility was really clean and tidy. We got called in for the ultrasound within 5 minutes of our appointment time. Our room was spacious and clean with a big screen to watch the images. Our tech was kind and quick. Id definitely come back in the future!

Dear management: I can't really blame the employees because it sounds as if they're just going off of the foundation that you laid as a manager. When dealing with women who are expecting they should be handled with care. With that being said I would refrain from having your employees threaten the pregnant women that you're going to kick them out or cancel their appointment due to a mask that may fall off of their nose. By doing this you're creating a hostile environment for both your employees and patients. My experience with this office was very cold and callous. When I arrived everyone was out to lunch no one was there to greet me and the interaction I had with one young lady who threaten to kick me out due to my mass falling down was very disrespectful. Everyone there seemed very robotic and scared to speak their mind all the answers were management told me to or yes that's because of management no one had a pleasant personality. The staff didn't even interact with one another it was quite sad and I felt sorry for some of them and I felt that some of them should've been working for a prison as a guard instead of working with women that were expecting.Every office has standard rules. Regardless of what the rules are it all boils down to the approach And how those rules are provided and delivered.If you're going to have very strict rules especially some that need to be remembered by the patient before getting there I suggest having a Template to send to each patient so they are aware before they are there that they can look at and know before they even arrive what's expected of them.Follow your own advice I saw something in the office that said "be kind" and quite frankly some of the ladies that work there need to recite that to them self and how they handle patients. After all without us your office would be nonexistent.Lastly I would never recommend anyone to this office.

When I had my first baby 14 years ago, we were referred here for the ultrasound photos. Im still really annoyed to this day looking at my childs ultrasound, especially compared to the excellent service I got with my second child. This ultrasound diagnosis office did not care to give at least 1 nice memory photo, they were all blurry or of an arm or leg. They do only the absolute bare minimum and their services leave a lot to be desired. Dont waste such a important life event here, if possible ask to be referred to different ultrasound technicians.

Terrible customer service. I was seen by T Garza. She was not on time to see me, was 30 minutes late. she didnt tell me what was going on during the ultrasound or what I was looking at, I was very uncomfortable. She also didnt take a good picture of the baby for me which was very insensitive, it was literally blurry and I could tell she didnt care if I received a good picture or not. Ive also been seen twice by A todorova-Obertman in the past. I rate her 10 stars! She was completely professional, she talked with me threw whole ultrasound letting me know what was going on, and took these incredible photos of my baby that I can cherish forever! If you can schedule with anybody pick her shes awesome!
