River Bend Medical Associates, Inc

Every single month I have to wait for my refill, it is never ever on time. It can even take up to a 2 weeks at times. As a patient, we depend on these meds. It can be very uncomfortable if you're between refills. There needs to be something done about this. I like the doctors I just hate the service. What can a patient a do?

Dr Borofka was great, the office is terrible. Every time I would need a med refill, I would have to call them personally, leave messages, wait days until someone answered. Even now as I am looking to establish w a new provider, they refuse to refill my levothyroxine. A maintenance medication. Avoid this place.

The virtual receptionist Monica is always the best at what she does . Top tier genuine support each time we speak. When i go in office the staff can be so rude at times. Its refreshing having Monica check on me and to assure my needs are met.

Dr. Kristin Borofka is the best doctor ever. I have never seen a kind, patient, and knowledgeable doctor before meeting her. She is amazing as I was searching and praying a good doctor for my mom for over 15 years without a luck. But fortunately found this kind doctor just few months ago working with River band groups.. I took mom to see her and she was amazing in the first visit. The office staff are good and the constant few times appointment reminder is really helpful. As Im a mother of the born baby with other little kids and a full time employment on hand definitely I would have forgotten to bring mom to her appointment without few times reminders. I really appreciate all the efforts they are making for a good patient care experience. Will keep you all posted in future
