very great workers The receptionist, Dr. G, and Sara are all wonderful and amiable people. Clear and expertly constructed. Always leaving and entering very quickly. It's a very cheerful atmosphere that isn't weird. I went in for a filling, and they took their time, made sure I was completely numb , and kept checking on me to see whether I was okay. Very well at taking care of their patients ! Great place

At least 4 generations of patients from my family have been treated by Dr. DiGiorno and his lovely wife Sue.  Unfortunately the Dr and his wife have retired and left the business to his daughter.  She now is in the Folsom office and associate dentists now operate the Arden office.  Not a fan of the contract dentists.The main problem I have had since they retired was the front desk staff scheduling and reminders.They did braces for my daughter, which came out fine.  She lost her bottom retainer and her teeth slipped a little before I found out.  I called and made an appointment to address the slip and get a new retainer.  Apparently they did not even have the dentist address the slip as I requested and only took impressions (of the crooked teeth out of position) to ONLY prevent it from slipping more.  So I called and explained my dilemma to the staff and got a ton of excuses.  If you could not do what the customer requested why do you go along a path that gets you profit and leaves your customer dissatisfied?  Apparently the Folsom office is the only office able to provide the requested services yet they scheduled me for Arden.  They should just close the Arden office if they can't find competent doctors able to provide the services (orthodontics) that they advertise.

I highly recommend Dr Julie and her staff. I absolutely hate the dentist and hate to say it, but I havent been in 5+ years. They make you feel so comfortable. Heather cleaned my teeth and shes an absolute doll. Shes very gentle. If you are looking for a new dentist I highly recommend their entire team. You wont be disappointed. I will be returning every 6 months for my cleaning. I may love the dentist now :)

BEST DENTIST EVER!! Met Dr. Ben, Veronica, and Esi and I must say that this team is the BEST! I only go to the dentist when I need to, but I am committed now to go every six months! Humor and smiles were abundant and I can honestly say I look forward to getting a crown next visit...afterall, I am a princess, hahaha! Joking! This team took great care of my every need, explained procedures, and answered all my questions. I made three new friends today, so if you need an excellent dentist...call them today, you will be glad that you did!!

Dr.  Digiorno and his staff (Cynthia, Zena and Sue) are absolutely amazing.   I have had extensive dental work and traumatic experiences with prior dentists over the years; and can honestly say that Dr. Digiorno's office is professional, patient, warm and very caring.  On my first visit I felt comfortable and had a bidirectional dialogue with Dr. Digiorno regarding my care and services I was interested in.  It is very important to me to meet with a doctor who listens to their patients.  After my first visit I knew this office would be my dental home for years to come.I would give them more stars if I could.
