        Contractor was asked to provide a bid for a large repair & renovation project several years ago. When they arrived, they insisted I should do much more than listed in every other contractor's quote so I could sell when I wasn't trying to sell my house. They never provided the actual bid. What they did provide was a link to a very bug ridden cell phone app that was entirely unappreciated for a good reason - I was flooded with "reminders to join" and then the lock on my house was tampered with.

        Overall, good experience! Maximum replaced my skylight and water heater cap. Maximus was knowledgeable and efficient with getting the work done. The repair staff were friendly and open to answering any questions I had. I will definitely reach out to them in the future when more work is needed!
