I was at the Tmobile store at 1223 J St at 1.07pm on June 27 and was about to buy a white iPhone 12 Pro Max. I went in and asked James, the staff member. He said there was only a dark blue iPhone12 Pro. Since my mobile phone was broken, I needed a mobile phone in a hurry, so I chose the one he recommended. Since I had to get back to work, I asked if he could hurry it up. He replied unhappily, let me not push him. He told me this process takes 15 minutes, if you don't have time, please choose another time to purchase. I said I wasn't pushing you. I've already bought four phones on Tmobile and I know exactly how long it takes to buy one. Then he seemed to want to continue the debate with me, but I said let it go. He seemed very angry. Perhaps he wanted to get even with me? English is my second language and I have a strong accent. Maybe he saw that I was an Asian woman. He thought he could deceive me. So instead of telling me that he had attached two items to my account, he just added me the Digits Line and Protections360 that I didn't need, both of which were charged monthly from my account. He didn't tell me any of that. Then when the purchase was over, he didn't give me a receipt, he didn't let me read any of the terms and conditions, he just asked me to sign on his iPad. Today, I received a text message reminding me that I have purchased these two items, and then I have to call to cancel them. It was a terrible purchase. I didn't get what I wanted, and I was verbally attacked by James, who thought I was pushing him and ended up adding two services I didn't need without telling me. Very poor experience, strongly recommend not to go to this store.

the staff were extremely helpful, I was dealing with a situation of being the middle man, they were on their A game for sure. they are not my carrier; however, they could have influenced me to change. Romero and his partner should get 10 stars
