My agent was very nice and explained everything to me about what was going to happen. She upgraded to a car that I needed for my trip. Will be using this service again next time.

We had a great experience using advantage rent a car. We were able to do the paper work quickly and our customer service representative was professional and courteous. She offered us an upgrade which was nice. I plan to use them again.

BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT= DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! Our reservation times was 1000, our flight arrived a little over an hour early and we were told that they did not have a car in the price we reserved however in their database it showed a car should be returned and it would be available at our reserved pick up time. We requested to talk with the manager and was given the phone number for the rental desk we were standing at. They did have other vehicles that we could pay a higher price for. While we sat at the rental car pickup counter waiting for our reservatIon time we contacted the reservation center/ corporate number and we're told that we had to communicate with the site manager. I asked for a number to communicate with a manager directly and was told they dont give his direct number out. I understand and respect that so I provided the rental agent my phone number and asked that the manager contact me. Needless to say the manager was not contacted and we were forced to wait for the hour until we could pick up the car at the reserved time. Our choices at this point: we can pay an increased fee for a larger car or we cancel the reservation and rent with a more legitimate customer friendly rental agency and forfeit one day rental! Do not rent from this company. I've worked for rental car companies and I've rented many cars and have never experienced a rental business model or practice like this before. AND I WILL NOT RENT NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
