First off wouldn't recommend coming here. The ad post is misleading saying the car is flawless. Come to find out the car has alot of issues. They delay alot of service work needing on the car. Jeff on the other hand rushes the sales says all the good information but never backs it up with finalizing the deal with Ali. Ali is very judgemental trying to judge every credit union that they do everything the same way they do at Sacramento which is not true. Also trying to treat my brother and I like kids seriously I have kids on my own we "DON'T NEED TO HEAR THAT" at the end of the day money is all to them not customer service. Anybody planning to get a car here don't even think just leave.

They have great options love their cars they're very nice people and they don't play games so serious customers only and they'll take care of you

Had a horrible experience at this dealership. At first jeff was cool and knows how to negotiate until Ali came in the picture. Right off the bat i had this negative vibe towards him and I rarely get vibes from people. He is very judgemental and promises to get things done which was somewhat true but there was no notification on when the vehicle would be ready. Since reading reviews of this dealer from yelp I took the plunge and opted out. Thats when their true colors showed. Jeff told me one thing and Ali said another which both of their stories did not add up. Upon approaching the dealership where I was told to meet and one person said "We are closed". In my mind its bright as day, you should be open. To wrap things up jeff will negotiate but will not back you up when something goes wrong and Ali is just a very judgemental unprofessional salesman that claims he doesnt force people to buy their cars but in reality thats all they talk about which made me feel super uncomfortable. All they cared for was the money they were gonna make off this deal and the parking lot is very dirty and all the cars are not up to snuff or even look presentable. P.S.: Anyone reading this do not purchase the Black Lexus HS 250H. Many things wrong with the car and they want 12K for a car that has many issues. Honestly the car is only worth 7-8K. Also Who knows the car might be salvaged but not reported. Beware of this dealer and find a more reputable one.
