We bought our CX-5 form Maita Mazda, and they were extremely easy to work with. I usually hate the car buying process, but this team (sales and finance) were responsive, informative, and helpful. Highly recommend and would buy from them again!

I've now leased 2 cars from Julio Navarro. He is always professional, super nice, and personable. The process was fast and easy and I got very close to the price and payment that I expected. Thanks Julio and Maita staff!

We picked up a part. Everybody was very friendly and the facility looked very clean and organized. Even the pick up counter for parts was clean, easy to find and did not display the shop-like, oil smelling chaos that you often see at other dealerships at the pick-up station. I was nearly tempted to buy a car

I reached out online regarding a used vehicle and was connected with Julio. We went down to the dealership and asked for him when we walked in. He came over to us and I said which car we were interested in seeing. He looked confused for a second and said "oh I thought you were someone else".  He almost seemed annoyed that he had to help us.The car was brought around and it was a little smaller than expected but I still liked it. Right away I was told I couldn't drive it because the battery was dead. I felt like he was pushing me away from that car. He told me to come back in an hour and I could drive it. I actually wanted to still drive it even though it was smaller than expected but whatever. He then talked me into looking at another vehicle. I wasn't completely sold on it but took it for a drive. It was nice but it wasn't what I really wanted. We drove back to the dealership after the test drive and Julio was in the parking lot waiting for us. All the sudden, the doors unlocked (he had the other key) and then he was at the driver door asking how we liked it. I mentioned it was nice but I wanted it in a different color. He said there wasn't any in the color I wanted and walked away. There was no offer to look at something else or check the inventory online. He just straight up walked away back to the showroom while we were still in the parking lot.  I guess he felt we weren't going to buy anything or was wasting his time. To say we were disappointed with this experience is an understatement! Little did he know, we were already pre-approved for a car loan of up to 100k and had every intention of buying a car. We ended up going to another dealership up the road and bought a vehicle. They were happy to get our business unlike Maita. It's a shame too because I really wanted a Mazda. Oh well - y'all lost a guaranteed sale.
