But when I called to try and make an appointment for my daughter she was inconsistent with communicating, she was rude over text !and due lack of Customer service etiquette I showed her the middle Finger ! Shelah was so patient and explained all the options and the best technique and treatments to regrow my hair. I called to get micro links service done. Shelah did my hair, and I was very happy with the service. It has been 3 weeks now and I'm so in love this my hair. It was my first time getting this done and I'm so glad i found this place to do my hair for me. The whole process was about 5 hours and I didn't have to bring my own hair, which was perfect because I didn't know what hair to get. They were all very friendly and customer service was excellent. My wife had extensions put in and it looked like a fake mullet was put in and there was no blending of her hair whatsoever. I had to pay another salon to take them out and install new ones. So that was over $600 down the drain. I can't believe that my wife was allowed to leave looking the way that she did. The salon that fixed everything was even surprised that the extensions were actually installed at a salon because it looked that bad. This salon may provide other great services but the extension job was extremely disappointing and I'd recommend trying another location for any extension work.
