Today is August 2, 2016 I ordered a tub from Kevin Gault at tubs in Sacramento I paid $3500 cash for the time on May 3 I have called him 116 times trying to get my tub delivered my contractor has called him at least 36 times he says to the state I have no time and they are no longer answering any of our phone calls please don'tdo business with this company you will be sorry. I have now talked to Kevin 37 times. He is the owner he ihas given many stories about why the tub isn't there where it is what's happened what's gone wrong the bottom line is I'm out $3500 and I'm sure that tub is not sitting there like he tells me it is. He told me he was going to deliver it to Chico and personally help install it himself. Please don't ever do business with thisCompany I've talked to three other people who tried to order products from them and have had the same experience !!!!!!!

Bought a tub from them at a fairly decent price. However the customer service is *terrible*. You would think that they would call a customer to tell them that the ordered tub was delivered to the store and ready for pickup. Nope ... we called days after the expected delivery date and were told it was there. The contractor went there to pick it up and it wasn't there. It was finally picked up a week later .. again no call from them, we had to call. However the drain and overflow fittings had the wrong finish - chrome instead of brushed nickel. I went back to the showroom and returned the fittings. Kevin the salesman had to order the new ones and said it would take a week. After 10 days I called and Kevin said the order was in the back room. Again no call from them that it was received. Found out after I got home it was for a cable system. Ours wasn't. Went back to the showroom and explained the problem to Kevin who had a confused look on his face. He said he would make another order, and another week delay, and try to have it shipped directly to my house. If not it would be delivered to the showroom. I asked him explicitly to call me if it he got the delivery. And that was 4 weeks ago. Never got anything in the mail and never heard from him. I'm done dealing with people who just don't care.
