Hungry after our 5pm check we were presented with a beautiful romantic Valentines day menu, we ordered (Entrees at $25.99). What we received was unacceptable for the price and hotel.
The shrimp Alfredo was watered down, with 4 shrimps, (no bread, salad included/boxed mac n cheese is better). The beef tip risotto was horrible, the meat smelled bad and the risotto was mush. The "woodfire pizza" was disappointing, cheese was not cooked through.
I had no choice but to call the manager who did apologize and comped the meal, so I'm thankful for the understanding. We are here for 2 more days, so we will go out and eat instead of room service.
