I was recommended by friend of mine to contact Phil to fill my application for general contractor license and to do all paperwork necessary to summit the application to the CSLB. so I did contact Phil and from that moment on Phil work with me in all the information needed to summit the application. Everything when so smooth that I did not have to do anything, that just wait for approval by the CSLB. In about three weeks later a received a later of acceptance. My friend had a great experience with Phil services and I have one too. Phil is very professional and very responsible with personal information. Thank you contractor license Guru/ Phil. I will highly recommend it to anyone who wants to apply for GCL.
