Very Disappointed! First of all, they were out of half of the main items on their menu on a Saturday night! They were out of their Duck Roll appetizer, the Filet Migion, all their Ribs, the Crab Legs and more! Really? My husband got the Ribeye which was "Denny's" quality, let me just say if you are looking for a good steak, go to Ruths' Chris, about the same amount of money, but hands down way better quality, presentation, service etc. And absolutely don't get the Potatoes Au Gratin, they tasted and looked liked they had been previously frozen and reheated a dozen times :-/ After complaining to the waitress, who was very nice, she opted to getting the manager, who said he was too busy to come out, offered us a free dessert, but NO thank you did we want to eat anything more from Suede Blue after our poor experience on a very slow and quiet Saturday night for them. Always wanted to try this place, but an absolute disappointment.

Not good. My son and I have enjoyed Xmas eve dinner there the past 4-5 years, and looked forward to it. 1st, we waited. And waited. Finally we snagged someone, asked about service. Then we waited. Far too long. The server finally came, was pleasant and informative. Then we waited. A long time. Once (only) she came by and reassured us. We watched as she efficiently took care of other tables. Finally, our order came. Then major disappointment. The steaks (very good quality) were medium rare; not medium well. My son's baked potato was cold, mine just luke warm. The waitress never asked how our food was. We waited (again) to get our bill. Finally we asked a random person for our check. Someone, not our waitress, brought it. No one came for it, so we left the payment and left. Back again? Unlikely. What we share with family, or me at my service Club?

30 minutes to get 1 glass of wine and a gin and tonic in the bar. While waiting to order, 2 different servers asked if we had been helped. Answering 'no' only got a "Sorry, we're short-staffed and a little behind." Could've at least offered to get drink orders in while you were talking to us. GM had little to no personality, with no greeting as he finally took our bar order. Server in dining room was attentive but also lacked enthusiasm that I saw in other servers. My cousin, who dined there the previous night, experienced the same lack of service. Food was good, but I would rather spend a little bit more and enjoy Ruth's Chris. Interior of restaurant needs some upkeep work done. Multiple lights out in chandeliers, paint chipped on corners, grease/dirt stains on walls in dining area. They even took a light cover from one of the lamps at the table and used it to replace a broken (totally different design) glass cover on one of the chandeliers. Polar oppsisite when compared to Crush 29 (same group).

What a great bar and patio area! Happy hours are a good value with great food. No short cuts. Staff is very helpful and always very attentive.
