Have been seeing one provider for several months. She did not listen to any of my symptoms and decreased my medication to virtually nothing. As soon as I made an appointment with a different provider I was told I was a drug addict and was having psychosis. Very new news to me. When I tried to explain the huge inaccuracy of the notes I was told that I couldnt receive help and that they would be placing a welfare check on me. AVOID IF YOU CAN!! Ps the officer that checked on me was very nice about the whole situation and a little irritated that the new provider was so dramatic.

Connor and Ethan have been a great help to me. They helped me with confirming the appointment, paying the co-pay, and receiving the lab results. They was very professional and efficient and I appreciate their help.

I was seeing one of the therapists Jessica for almost 2 years and my last appt was scheduled in October 2023 was supposed to be a phone session. I never received a call, when I called the office to let them know I did not receive a call, they said there was some type of miscommunication and my appt was rescheduled for another day, however I never received any call to reschedule.
They then tried to schedule me with someone else but I did not want to be seen with anyone else because I didn't see any point to start over with someone else who knew nothing about my sessions with Jessica.
When I tried to get an appt with her they told me she was not seeing old patients only new ones and haven't been able to be seen since then.
The call center workers are rude and half of them don' know what is going on. Very poor customer service and rude. I'm very disappointed I was not able to see Jessica again and my anxiety and panick disorder have been horrible. I will have to find a new Dr. Very disappointed and do not recommend going to this group.
I will say Jessica is amazing and she really me feel better and heal from certain issues. I will miss her.

Morgan in the office has been so helpful and quick. I really like Anna as well. She really listens to me about my concerns. She takes a very holistic approach to my medication management.
