Extremely unorganized never had to pay shipping costs for previous baseball photos. Frustrating our league chose this photographer. Had to pay shipping twice due to the lack of communication on when team photos would be available. Company took forever to make the team photo available so they then charged an "archive fee" during trying times like this to slap small tedious fees onto family's is ridiculous! At this point I could have paid my neighbor to take his photo with my cell phone for the quality of these poses. DO NOT reccomend and the feeling is mutual with other parents.

Still waiting on my sons corrected baseball pictures. Called few months ago and was told they would be reordered/corrected and sent in few weeks . After about a month and no pictures I started calling and left multiple voice messages with no response. Finally got person answer phone and again told me they were I their way. Spoke to someone few days ago and he told me he would find out where they are and follow up Still waiting for return call and pictures
