Zero stars if I could Dont try to call or email NO ONE will respond. I wasted an hour of my life trying to order multiple team photos, but their system kept adding the wrong team name. No matter what options I did. Somehow magically I got it corrected, but my confirmation email had the SAME team name for both teams again! I tried calling and emailing, with no responses. I just got an email saying my order was shipped (??) This is not good businessif you can even call it that.

Website is absolutely terrible to order from. The packages, and options are very slim, and way over priced. You cannot purchase two photos at once. You have to make multiple purchases for different photos. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

If I could give zero stars I would. We had soccer photos scheduled for the Auburn Youth Soccer League. They took photos for maybe an hour and decided that it was too hot inside to take anymore. Parents left work early to get their kids to their team photos just to be told to go home. The league suggested taking them outside, but were told it was too smokey (not that they cared that kids were waiting outside in the smoke) . This company is awful to allow employees to treat clients this way. Maybe they should try being one of our firefighters dealing with actual heat before they decide to complain. In response to the owner: our kids can still practice even when it's a hundred degrees outside. I was inside the gym for my older son's pictures and while not cool, it was certainly tolerable, especially given that they're taking pictures, not playing basketball. I hope the league chooses not to process the earlier photos, but either way, I won't be purchasing any. Multiple employees told parents that it was too hot for them. You had access to the AQI all day and 100 percent should have cancelled instead of wasting everyone's time.

Photos are good, however BE AWARE that their site automatically inputs texts on pictures/extra items. And we didnt notice with one of our photo extras that it changed the text to whatever the system decided to load. And so we received one with text we do not like. And theyre unwilling to fix the error unless we pay. So be mindful when youre making the order for each individual photo or extra item to look at the text that the system uploads or you may have an issue because they will recharge you even though their system automatically inputs texts on the photos. We assumed it would be the same text automatically input from the other photos but when we switched to a magnet, it changed the text on its own. Our fault for assuming and not noticing the change, but they shouldnt have their system automatically insert different text on different items. We are very unhappy with the product so we do not want this to happen to anyone else.
