Great workout with trainers that care and are always trying to help the menbers improve. This is the 1 thing I look forward to in my day. Owners have 2 locations so I can easily train in Citrus Heights when I'm late at the office or Roseville when I'm close to home. Thank you 9 Rounds!!

I started about a month ago or slightly less, and so far I love it! Not overly-priced, but what you DO get is amazing trainers, ever changing workouts to keep you guessing and progressing, and a home away from home! The trainers all try to know you by name and know your personal fitness level so they can push you to your limits! They correct your form to make sure you don’t injure yourself and you can get the most out of your time there. Each day you go in and you are greeted with friendly faces. I like that there are no class times, you go when is good for you, and that your workout is only 30 min! I occasionally feel like I want to repeat a certain round and they let me go back and push myself further! Also they are awesome about kids! They don’t have kids club services or anything but they let me bring my son to sit in the front quietly while I do my rounds. Such a great place, it’s a gem!
