Smashburger

Super soggy and greasy. This was my first time here my coworker really likes the place . He said dont judge it on this visit food was poorly put together and my milkshake was just cool chocolate milk

If I could give no stars, I would. Walking in there, the workers would rather chat than help me, and answered the phone while helping me, even though there were other workers doing absolutely nothing. Definitely got the feeling my presence was an inconvenience & an interruption. On to my order to go, my fries were old & cold, my burger was ok but would have to be much better to tolerate the horrible service. To top it off I ordered a milkshake & a Diet Coke that were left out of my order, but of course I was charged for them. I definitely would stay away from this Smashburger. Make the drive to the one In Folsom, its worth it.

They were enforcing mask rules before the rules even existed. How rude and inconvenient, i bought food and paid for it, while waiting for it, they tell me i need a mask. What? So why didnt you say so before i ordered? I would have promply left and never came back. You lost a customer for life, permanently.

Face mask required...... taking my business next door to BJ's they don't require face mask to place an order and eat outside!
