Representative Lanicka spoke in a very clear and positive voice, and she understood every word that I said which made for a positive conversation. Lanicka explained all that concerned the caption phone. It was a pleasure talking to her.

I had a wonderful experience. Lyssa was attentive and patient. It didnt take long and it was a pleasant experience overall. Plus it was efficient. My new caption phone and its installer will be here soon.

I just had a nice conversation with Lanicka. My mother received a call from her doctors office and because she could understand what they are saying she very loudly proclaimed them scammers. Being the secondary contact - the office contacted me. Time to find some help. She is 88, and still able to live in her own home. I really hope this will be helpful in maintaining her independence. Lanicka was easy do deal with and has heard this story before.
