        Very shady company, they wouldn't even come out to look at the house after I refused to show them the other estimate I recieved from the pest inspector. I was hoping to get an independent estimate for the work.

        Forrest and his son, Matthew, did a GREAT job on our garage conversion for our Carehome. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and meticulous with his work. Not only did Forrest worked with our design engineer and our city's planning department, he made sure we were also able to pass inspection with the fire department by working and communicating with them as well. The two car garage was converted to two good size bedroom and a half bath and flows very well with the existing home. I would most definitely work with McElroy Construction again!

        Mathew is very handy man, and replace our bathroom mirror and fix the leaking faucet fast and well. Also, fix some small things free for us. Also, know our needs well, recommend him!
