        I've been using Phil for years. In fact, he just saved me about $2,000 on a catalytic converter replacement estimate I got from another local shop. He ran some diagnostic confirming that I didn't need to replace all my cats, just the driver's side. A good mechanic, if you aren't gonna ask a bunch of dumb questions. A sharp tongue, if you are.
