This shop is very friendly and communicative. A part was taking forever to come in, but he kept me in the loop every step of the way. When I got my car back it was nice and clean. I would recommend this shop.

I picked up my car from Fratcher's today. I was blown away. My 2014 Genesis looks brand new. Due to the fact that all 3 damaged parts needed to be ordered and for them dealing with the insurance I was worried about the time frame I would be without a car. They were hoping to have it done around Labor Day. It was done 1 week early. Of course due to it being painted the outside was washed. It didn't stop there ... the inside was completely detailed and the carpet scented. The tires were shined up. On the passenger seat there was a "Thank you" Card for me. FRATCHER'S BODY SHOP ROCKED!!! Knocked it out of the park. A smaller business with owners who truly care about their customers unlike the "big guys" Caliber Collision. I highly recommend Fratcher's Body Shop and would absolutely use them again if need be. They were recommended to me and the reviews aided in my decision. Services: Body & Trim, Painting

Really great service. Did wonders on my Honda after drifting into a curb. Now it looks brand new! They always were really patient with me and insurance. Highly recommend!
