This guy and his staff are soo full of it they are not even close to helpful and very rude the guy has the nerve to yell at my grandma like what kind of so called dr does that I will make sure this place loses all of its licenses and staff aswell I wish I could give 0 stars cause they don't deserve the one I have to give

Front office staff is rude and lazy. You hardly see the dr, its usually a nurse practitioner. My test results came in from a laboratory and they never called me to discuss results. It was urgent and important for me to know results asap. Then when I called myself, they said they didnt receive anything when I literally just got off the phone with the clinic who said they had sent results over 5 days before. Definitely would NOT recommend this office.

Giving this place a 1/5 only because 0 stars isnt an option. This place has very bad customer service. Staff are rude and need to be better trained. Called to request a medicine prescription for COVID sent to my local pharmacy and after multiple times of following up with this place, I kept being told they had sent my prescription over which they hadnt. They couldnt even provide a prescription number and kept saying there mustve been an issue with my pharmacy. Dr Ruiz is great but the staff at this location are not good.

The staff need better training. They are rude never call to tell you your referrals are in when they been sitting there for a week. Dr Ruiz is the best but his staff are horrible. I would give it five stars if the staff had better training and not keep someone on hold for 15 min ....
