        James took his time to listen to my concerns.He priced match the coupon i had.It saved me $20.00 on my oil change.The technician took his time,& that was important to me. I thought the work was done right, the first time.Don't let the most recent poor review's, of the past few months, from giving this shop, another chance.

        As long as Randy the manager is still there... I will NOT be returning to this location. His lack of basic car knowledge and basic customer service has discourage me from ever coming back to this location. Please keep in mind I've been coming to this location for 4 maybe 5 years. And with one interaction I will no longer return. I've already spoken with the district manager. Because I nobody it's going to disrespect me and try to belittle me especially in public in front of other customers. Nothing against the company. I will probably be going to Santa Rosa or Petaluma from now on... Which is more of an inconvenience to me but that's okay. If you're doing a basic oil change you do not need to keep my car for 5 hours... Especially being my only means of transportation.
