My kid was sick for class pictures, and then sick again for retakes. It was my child's first year of school because of COVID and I really didn't want him to be missing from the yearbook. It took a while to get ahold of them during the busy season, but when I did they setup an appointment and photographer did a great job taking photos of my child, she was very good with children. 5 stars

I do not usually write reviews, especially negative, but I have left no less than 8 messages with this company via the online contact form, the receptionist, two employees, and the email address over the course of three weeks and have not been helped with a relatively simple question. Next year, please do not accept more jobs than you can handle and appropriately train your employees to answer questions about your products.
